A Movement

Have you ever felt like you couldn't be yourself? Are you trying to be someone you are not? Are you afraid of what others may think of you? Do you portray a perfect life on social media, when inside you feel differently? Are you living a lie? Or just searching for the true you?
WE HAVE ALL BEEN THERE. SOME OF US STILL ARE!

The Strength to be R.E.A.L. is a movement of acceptance among women. Women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and cultures coming together in a judge free zone where we develop each other spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, and physically.  Join us on this journey of discovery and awareness of the things we can improve about ourselves and how we can encourage others.

Tammy and I came together and realized no matter how different our stories, we all want the same thing- to be true to ourselves. Why is it that women today often tear each other down instead of building them up? Why do we look for perfection and not REAL life? Social media has created an amazing place for women to connect, but we want to take it one step further and make it REAL. Our R.E.A.L workshop will take place over 12 months, and we will focus on different areas in which to reflect or grow each quarter. We will begin the discussion in hopes that you will make it REAL for yourselves and follow through with the guides for each quarter. If you do, we know you will see results! When you sign up you will receive a combination of written reflection guides, videos, support circles and even REAL mail. That's right- like in your mailbox! ;) We want to lead a group of women on this journey of growth. A group of women who want to drop the facade, take off their "cool cap" and be REAL. We know it won't be easy. But as we all reflect, we can then refocus and revive our lives! The world is waiting for the REAL you! Don't waste another year getting lost in the rut of day to day chaos. Its time to take time for ourselves. Get on board now... because we are getting R.E.A.L!

More coming in January 2016!
